Our Area

Our corner of Florida is ideal whether you’re buying your first home for a growing family, searching for a place close to work, or just looking to get away from it all. We have decades of experience helping residents and businesses alike find their niche in Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Pinellas Counties—an area of the Florida Gulf Coast collectively known as the Tampa Bay Area, Nature Coast, and the Florida Suncoast.

Florida Homes

Like its people, Florida homes are diverse with wide-reaching influences. While the Spanish/Mediterranean style homes never fail to attract buyers, our area is rich in nostalgic bungalows, comfortable ranch homes, unapologetically coastal-styled beach retreats, and increasingly modern designs. Condos and townhouses come in all shapes and sizes, from shiny new downtown penthouses to decades-old waterfront towers that stand the test of time.

Do you need additional flood insurance and what does it cover? How do hurricane ratings affect new builds? Living in Florida can present unique challenges. Codes change to literally weather the storms and insurance rates never fail to be a hot topic. If you’re a first-time buyer or new resident, put your faith in us to guide you these concerns.

The Great Outdoors

The Gulf coast of Florida is heaven for active residents.

There’s bountiful fishing in both salt and fresh water, as well as diving, boating, and—of course—a million ways to enjoy the beach. Paddleboard and kiteboard enthusiasts have found home here, and you don’t have to look far for adventurous activities popular with tourists like parasailing and even water jet packs/flyboarding.

If you’re more turf than surf, the Suncoast and Tampa Bay Area is saturated with parks and hundreds—if not thousands—of miles of trails for hiking, biking, or leisurely strolling. We have world-class zoos, aquariums, and wildlife rescues and sanctuaries. If you’re out for a higher perspective, this is a great area for hot air balloon rides, helicopter rides, and you’ll even find one the nation’s top skydiving dropzones.

Florida wouldn’t be Florida without theme park attractions. We’ve got Adventure Island, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Weeki Wachee Springs, and it doesn’t take a full tank of gas to reach Legoland Florida and the numerous world-famous parks in and around Orlando.
